SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our trays are hand made and often sell fast so we are often unable to keep a large range in stock. To avoid disappointment its always better to contact us before purchasing to clarify if we have the style you like ready to ship. In most circumstances we can turn orders around with in 6-8 weeks. For bespoke trays please allow up to 10-12 weeks.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to accept returns within 7 days after delivery, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Shipping costs will be at the expense of the Customer. Returns received outside of the timeframe will be considered for a credit note only and will not be eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for any bespoke items.
We reserve the right to refuse items if they have been used inappropriately. Any comments regarding the reason for return are greatly appreciated.
The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning items. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage from your post office by using Royal Mail Registered Post or similar as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us.
If you are returning a present we have to refund the person who paid for it. We are happy to exchange your gift but we will also have to inform the original purchaser.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
Cancellation Of An Order Prior To Dispatch Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.
If you have recently placed an order with us and wish to cancel it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order reference no, the date the order was placed, your name and postcode. You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays when you will receive confirmation on the following working day. As we start to process your order as soon as we receive it we are unable to change your order in most cases, however we do accept returns & exchanges as detailed in our returns policy above, if you find that your purchase is not quite right.
